1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 4444bt website accessible at https://4444bt.pro and all associated pages, services, and features.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to 4444bt, the operator of this platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 4444bt platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the 4444bt platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's 4444bt account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 4444bt subject to wagering requirements and conditions set out in Section 8 of these terms.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the platform is prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 4444bt platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between any of those documents and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 4444bt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults and we do not knowingly permit access to any person under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your individual circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 4444bt for a breach of these terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 4444bt or its affiliated partners.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4444bt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted or closed. We operate a strict one-account-per-person policy. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4444bt account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must notify 4444bt support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4444bt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or where you have shared them with another person. All transactions and bets placed from your account are your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to support in advance of those transactions.

You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted by these terms.

5. Deposits

4444bt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be available at the time of transaction — refer to the deposit section within your account dashboard for current availability.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day, and are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. 4444bt does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 4444bt accepts no responsibility.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the platform. Deposits made to the platform that are not associated with genuine gaming activity may be subject to review, and 4444bt reserves the right to return funds and close an account where deposit behaviour is inconsistent with legitimate player activity.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from within your account dashboard, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account identity verification has been completed successfully.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are subject to the conditions in Section 8).
• There are no outstanding security reviews or holds applied to your account.
• The withdrawal destination is a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, or an approved alternate method as confirmed by our support team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering best practices. Processing times are typically within one hour for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside of operating hours will be processed on the next business day.

4444bt reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where 4444bt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

7. Betting Rules & Game Terms

All bets placed on the 4444bt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. Game rules for casino titles are governed by the rules published by the individual game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Sportsbook betting rules, including settlement procedures for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets, are set out within the sportsbook section of the platform.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 4444bt reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where the odds or game outcome were materially affected by circumstances outside the normal course of play. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

4444bt does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or sporting market. Games and markets may be withdrawn, suspended, or modified at any time without prior notice. 4444bt accepts no liability for any losses arising from the unavailability of a game or market.

8. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 4444bt offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds expire if not wagered within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 4444bt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses or the use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4444bt platform and constitutes a material breach of these terms:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using another player's account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using any software, system, or device to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party as part of a commercial arrangement.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true location if doing so is for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or disrupt any part of the 4444bt platform.

Where 4444bt has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void any pending bets, and withhold or forfeit any balance associated with the prohibited conduct, pending investigation. 4444bt will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required.

10. Limitation of Liability

The 4444bt platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or data loss at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability; where possible, players will be notified in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4444bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 4444bt platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, and software interfaces, is the property of 4444bt or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

12. Responsible Gaming

4444bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 15. Governing Law & Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 4444bt support should be submitted in writing to the contact address provided in the footer of this page. 4444bt will endeavour to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as determined by 4444bt.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4444bt with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
